Membership Opportunities for Vendors: Vendors may become involved by joining the association as Industry Partners and/or by exhibiting at our Annual Conference. Industry Partners are vendors to assisted living residences, senior housing communities or similar type of facilities or that have an interest or involvement in the industry but do not own, operate or manage long term care, assisted living or senior living communities. Provider Members -The annual fee is $24 per unit (based on the number of licensed units). A minimum of $250 annually is required for communities with 10 or fewer units. For communities under development, the fee structure is based on your projected number of units and is pro-rated for the first three years of membership. Industry Partners - The membership fee for Industry Partners is $350 per year (a 12-month membership, not calendar year). In compliance with the bylaws, all member applications shall be approved by the LALA Board of Directors. In addition, dues must be paid in full before membership can commence. Dues Payments via Credit Card To pay your dues with a credit card, please call the LALA office at 225-791-5811 or complete the Credit Card Authorization Form (see below) and fax it to 225-791-5812. A receipt for the payment will be sent to you via email.
