Our exhibit set-up for our 2011 HCLA/LALA Annual Conference will be handled by Gulf Coast Event Services. Please refer to the Exhibitor Packet (see below) for information on ordering additional booth furnishings, electrical and Internet service for your booth, shipping and handling of exhibit equipment and materials, etc.
NOTE: If you are not sure about your booth number, just leave the booth # field blank on the Gulf Coast Event Services order form. We will provide Gulf Coast Event Services with the booth numbers once we finalize the booth assignments. Please make sure that the show name HCLA/LALA Annual Conference is listed on all orders and shipping labels.
Hotel Information A block of rooms has been reserved at the Belle of Baton Rouge Hotel & Casino for Tuesday, November 1st through Thursday, November 3rd. The conference room rate is $119 per night for single or double occupancy (plus tax). There will be an additional charge of $10 per person per night for over double occupancy. All rooms are non-smoking. To take advantage of this discounted rate, please call 800-266-2692 and request the HCLA/LALA group rate. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations at this discounted rate will be accepted on a space available basis through October 21, 2011. After the October 21st cutoff date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and may be subject to higher rates.
