REGISTER NOW! HCLA will be handling all attendee registrations for the conference. To register and pay by check, please use the registration form found in the conference attendee brochure. To register online and pay by credit card, please select one of the links below, based on whether you want to register for the full conference or for just one day:
Instructions: You will need to create a visitor login account in order to complete your registration. If you registered online for our 2010 annual conference, you may already have a username and password in the system.
To register multiple attendees -- after entering the information for the first attendee, you can register additional attendees as guests (a $25 discount will be applied to two-day guest registrations after the first attendee). To add additional one-day registrations, click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button in the shopping cart before checking out.

Hotel Information A block of rooms has been reserved at the Belle of Baton Rouge Hotel & Casino for Tuesday, November 1st through Thursday, November 3rd. The conference room rate is $119 per night for single or double occupancy (plus tax). There will be an additional charge of $10 per person per night for over double occupancy. All rooms are non-smoking. To take advantage of this discounted rate, please call 800-266-2692 and request the HCLA/LALA group rate. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations at this discounted rate will be accepted on a space available basis through October 21, 2011. After the October 21st cutoff date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and may be subject to higher rates.
