About the Louisiana Assisted Living Association Since
its founding in 1999, the Louisiana Assisted Living Association has
grown to become the primary voice for assisted living communities in
Louisiana and the residents they serve. Our membership also
includes a variety of Industry Partner member companies that provide
products and services to the assisted living industry in Louisiana.
Our Mission Members
of the Louisiana Assisted Living Association are committed to upholding
the assisted living industry to the highest standards and enhancing the
quality of life for the senior population served throughout the state.
Preserving resident choice, promoting dignity in care, and responding
with advocacy on issues related to senior living are the hallmarks of
this association. Education of the consumer, provider and community is
pledged. The Association will positively affect regulatory and
legislative initiatives for the industry and those served. The
Association will listen, respond promptly and responsibly and achieve
recognition as the chief source of information, education and advocacy
for the assisted living industry.
